REPLISIL 19 N is an addition-curing 1:1 duplicating silicone with a final hardness of Shore A 19, low viscosity with the best mechanical properties. It is used to produce extremely dimensionally accurate and detailed negative molds for all light-curing materials such as composites or wax-ups.

Mix REPLISIL components A and B at room temperature in a ratio of 1:1 for approx. 1 minute until a streak-free, uniform color is obtained, then pour into the flask with the non-watered plaster model at the same point until the model is completely covered. If the mass is mixed manually, stand briefly on the vibrator to remove any trapped air. After a curing time of approx. 20 minutes
the model can be removed from the mold at a room temperature of 23°C, but should then remain in place for a short time (approx. 20 minutes) so that any impressions of undercuts can be reset.
Important processing instructions
Silicones are highly temperature sensitive. Please pay attention to the recommended temperature for storage and processing. Duplication in the pressure pot at a minimum of 2 bar is recommended.
