ACRYSTAL® Aqua Set

Acrystal Aqua is a light gray 2-component material consisting of:

1kg Acrystal Aqua liquid
7 kg Acrystal Aqua powder,

Acrystal Aqua is excellent for outdoor use, even for elements that are partially or totally submerged. Acrystal Aqua has a very high surface hardness and can be cast or laminated.

Direct application to polystyrene foam or similar is possible.

Acrystal Aqua is often used for eg Architectural decorations, stage sets, museography, art, fountains, bathroom furniture, aquarium rocks, climbing walls, park benches and countertops

Mixing ratio in weight:

1 kg liquid Acrystal Aqua
7 kg powder Acrystal Aqua

Stir Acrystal Aqua Powder alone well and then add Acrystal Aqua Liquid.
Stir until a liquid homogeneous mixture is obtained (the mixture is very thick at first, but liquefies after a short while).

Depending on the application method:

• with the usual venting procedures in one silicone mold to water
• or put it into a mold with a brush or spatula or apply it to a polystyrene foam or similar core.

after 24 hours demold and keep the element in a humid environment for at least 72 hours
