Acrystal® Prima
Set consisting of 1 part Acrystal Prima resin and 2.5 parts Acrystal Crystal powder
Acrystal ® is a liquid 2-component casting and laminating system with a wide range of applications. It consists of a combination of water-based liquid acrylic resin and mineral powder. By varying the base materials used, materials with a wide variety of properties are created.
Acrystal ® is non-toxic, odorless and washable with water. It does not contain any aggressive components or solvents. Molded parts made of Acrystal ® can be removed from the mold and processed after just 40-90 minutes.
Acrystal ® is weatherproof, UV-resistant and self-extinguishing. Acrystal ® can be used for casting processes with no volume limitations. The material hardens without shrinkage under low heat white off. In the layering or laminating process with the quadraxial Acrystal ® glass fiber fabric, light, thin and very strong laminates can be produced, for example facade panels and much more
Preserve health and the environment: water as the only solvent:
- non-toxic
- No unpleasant smell
- No use of dangerous products

The special formulation in ACRYSTAL® Prima causes good surface hardness with reduced susceptibility to breakage. For many indoor and outdoor applications, for example facades, stages and scenery design, statues, figures and art objects of all kinds, but also master models, architectural models and prototype tools. With ACRYSTAL® Prima, cost-effective molds can be produced quickly and precisely. The surface can be made shiny and weatherproof by painting with ACRYSTAL® Finition. ACRYSTAL® Prima also adheres very well to polystyrene and other hard foams. Very light, transportable elements can be produced in this way for trade fair landscapes and backdrops. By incorporating a few layers of ACRYSTAL® quadraxial fabric, you get pressure-resistant, walkable surfaces.
